This research aims to identify people's perceptions of the tahlilan tradition, including the values they adhere, as well as how this tradition functions in their lives, especially in Gunung Sari village. The research uses a qualitative approach with interview, observation, and questionnaire methods to understand the meaning, experience, and perception of individuals or groups related to these traditions. The results of the study show that the majority of people still consider tahlilan relevant in maintaining spiritual values and strengthening social relationships.
